12 weekszzzzz!

I am 12 weekszzz! Does that mean I'm 3 months? Or does it mean I am 3 months on May 2nd! Somebody tell me! 1+1 is supposed to add up to 2 isn't it?!

So let's see... Aunt Niki was great again this week. She gave mommie free time and it ruled! We had great times laughing together. She taught me all about life and technology and about what it is like to be a lawyer. It sounds fun. Next time she comes she is going to teach me how to sue people, that'll be helpful.

These days my life is SUPERcrazy. Almost every day I get to take a walk outside, stare into the air and not knowing what in the name of hey-soos I am staring at and dodge white fecal matter coming from the bird that fly over. I get plenty of time on the play mat too, it is great. I keep looking in the mirror on the play mat and see this RIDICULOUSLY handsome chap but I can't tell who it is. Is it possible that I am THAT good looking?!

Last weekend Aunt Julia and Aunt Jen were came to visit! Julia is mommie's friend from high school and college and Jen is friends with mommie from college! We had such a frat-tastic time. We went out for Thai Food at mom and Dad's favorite place, Thai Taste. Shouldn't it be called Taste of Thailand instead? We ate with Julia and then picked up Jen. On Saturday it was 87 degrees out! Can you believe it! My first taste of summer. Boy was I hot. It was so frizzing hot that I was naked all weekend!! I couldn't bare to continuously sweat profusely, plus, I love being naked! I can't wait until I am 2 so I can wear my Birthday Suit all day! Woot!

We went for a really long walk on Saturday. Aunt Jen and Aunt Julia wanted to walk over to the University of Rochester. Aunt Jen hadn't been back since 2000! And guess what I got to do - I got to go to my first D-day. Dandelion Day is the one day of the year where everyone at the University of Rochester where everyone partaaayyyssss. Everyone on the fraternity quad kept looking at me and saying "Is that a real baby?" Is that a baby on the quad? I guess they thought mommie, Jen and Julia looked like college kids!!! I think they look young. It was crazy and I partied my face off! I can't wait until D-Day next year, I will show those bozo's that I am not a baby, I am a toddler, fool.

While on campus, we went to the school store and tried on lots of sweatshirts and clothes.
On Saturday night, Aunt Julia and Aunt Jen cooked this amazing dinner for mommie and daddie - they are so nice! Avocado, shrimp, chicken, lettuce, rice, mango with a great dressing and focaccia to die for! Luckily I made it out, alive.

On Sunday we walked again and Aunt Jen and Aunt Julia played with me! We walked to the Disterilly and had lunch - we wanted to make sure that they got to go to all the places they missed from college! COLLEGE!

On Sunday night we went to my second concert ever! This time it was the med school Acapella group! I really enjoyed the tunes...They invited me to join the group but I decided to turn them down because I felt that my voice is more R&B.

I was so sad to see Aunt Julia and Aunt Jen go. Tears were shed by all. I obviously cried the most, baby.

On Monday afternoon Uncle Sol and Aunt Jennie came over to go for a walk and hang out. It was another really hot day! Dosa missed us so much that she escaped from the gate and tried to find us. Instead we ended up looking for her. What is daddie going to do about my sisters that keep escaping! And then Jennie played with me and read to me too! I WILL MARRY HER.

I am so excited to be three months old! I can see my hands, I can coo and smile more than ever and I love life!

11 weekzzzzz! I'm almost 3 months old.

It's been great being back in the ROChester. The weather has been glorious so mommie, daddie, nemi, dosa and i go for walks todos las dias! Sunny days are amazing. I like them so much better than the rainy days we were having a few weeks ago because I can get free Vitamin D! Life is great. I am smiling and cooing away and really looking at things! There is so much to see in this world, more than on planet uterus for sure.

On Tuesday I met mommie and daddie's friend Jaimee. She came over to visit with us! She talked about her job and it sounds really cool. Something about going green! Go GREEN! I really like the color green so maybe I will follow her footsteps and Go Green too! Tuesday night was really exciting for mommie. She got to go to African dance since for the first time since I popped out! Well, I didn't actually pop out, I really got yanked out of her uterus, but either way, she was psyched, as psyched at dad is about being on his Psych rotation! Hehe. I'm so happy she's back dancing! I can't wait to go and dance and play the djembes!

On Wednesday Aunt Niki came to babysit me. To my surprise, babysitting didn't involved sitting on me! Instead, she sat with me! That was neat and we had a great time. Aunt Niki was so nice. She gave mom a chance to get her work and errands done! Thanks Aunt Niki! Mommie and daddie's friend Pete came to see us that day too! He was the bearer of gifts from his parents in Buffalo! Go BillZ! Later that evening, Mommie and I did Pilates together. I'm so glad we are exercising together! I loved it. What I hate though, is the english language. Why isn't Pilate's pronounced like Pirates but with an "L" instead of an "R?" This english thing is going to be a hard thing to master...

Thursday morning, I had a copious amount of tummy time. I lifted my head so high and put so much time on my belly for such a long period of time that I farted while I was in the Superman position! It was crazzzazzzeeeyy.

Friday was a great day. The weather was so beautiful. Ang came over and we went for a walk and then Daddie came home and we went for another walk! That night Cathy and Tater came over and my sisters had a playdate with Cathy and Taters dog Huxley! Then Uncle Neil and Aunt 'Cuse came to visit! They came to town for a wedding! Once they arrived, Aunt Ang came back over to sit on me so Mommie and daddie could go to a bar for the first time since I was born! Aunt Ang was so nice to come over. I gave her an easy sitting by sleeping in my Krib the whole time!

On Saturday, I participated in my first athletic event of my career! And guess who won?! That's right, the kid, Zane Diesel! Neil, Cuse, Mommie, Daddie, Nemi, Dosa and I all walked/ran in a 5K. It was to benefit the UR Well Center and since I knew it was for a good cause I had to do it! Of course I slept most of the time, and Mommie, Daddie, Cuse and I sped walked the whole thing. A few periods, however, I could feel the movement through my entire body! I think they must have run a little bit...

Guess who has two thumbs up in the air and can see them and bring them to their mouth?! That's right! This guy! Can I get a what what?!

More people came Saturday afternoon! Mommie and daddie's friends from camp stopped by on their way back to Niagra Falls. They were some people with weird sounding English. Mom said they were from the other side of the pond, whatever that means. Danika and Suzy brough great fun and hilarity and told us all about the waterpark and arcade they are working at. Sounds cool! At the same time they were here, Nemi and Dosa were having a playdate with Jazz, Sol's dog who just got back from Texas. There was so much going on I thought I was going to puke, and then I did.

Then the greatest surprise of the weekend happened! I was upstairs thining about rolling and all of a sudden I heard Grandma and Grandpa Black. And Aunt Leah and Uncle Jason were with them too! It was so good to finally meet my Uncle Jason! He was just as swarthy as dad told me! My cousins Sophie and Talia and Aunt Niki came over too and we spent the whole day together, just talking about life and what we have to look forward to in the next 70-83 years. We went to Aunt Niki's for dinner and we all cooked a great meal, the recipes of which wered developed by my cousin who just finished her book called Haute n the Kitchen. Sophie played with me a lot. I really look up to her as a role model because she has long hair and long legs, which are so much longer than me that it freaks me out. Later that night, I got to play guitar hero and Wii for the first time. That was magical. It was a long day but such a great time with my family.

On Sunday, Daddie took me to Brueggers with uncle Neil. They got coffee and bagels and talked about the good 'ole college days and mentioned some things that my ears shouldn't have heard. They thought I was sleeping but I wasn't. Thanks a lot guys. Mommie and daddie's friend Leo stopped by later in the afteroon to meet up with Neil and 'Cuse since he was driving home with them. He loved meeting me and I loved meeting him. If you think it sounds like we hugged by the way the last sentence was written, then you were right. We DID hug. Next Aunt Lauren, Aunt Mindy and Aunt Erock, all from camp, came to visit. And they played with me and I loved it! I got this cool puzzle stepping stool from Aunt Lauren. I can't wait to play with it! They took me out to my favorite restaurant, the Distillery! Party on Wayne!

So it's Monday and I just turned 11 weekszzzzzz! Yeehaaa! These last 11 weeks were so ridiculously busy that I need to get some sleep RIGHT NOW to rest up for the next 11 weeks. Jeesh! Goodnight interweb.
