Memorial Day weekend!

This has been the best first memorial day weekend ever!!!!!

So guess what - you are never going to believe it! Well first let me start out with the beginning... on Friday night, my friend Adrienne sat on me so mommie and daddie could go out to dinner with Aunt Abbey, Uncle Lucas and Abbey's parents. It was a blast. Thanks Adrienne, can we get married?! Then on Saturday Grandma and Grandpa Black came over and we all went to Adrienne's Lake house! It was so cool to see such a big lake! I can't wait for Camp Fernwood this summer!!!

And this is the "guess what you are never going to believe..." on Sunday morning, I woke up and mommie and daddie were nowhere to be found. They were gone. Like, "poof!" like, whoooooaaaa! Where were they?!?!?! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!

Apparently they had to go to a ceremony where the law determined that two people could spend their lives together. What!?! I don't even know what that meeeeeaaaannnss! Either way, I got to partaaaay on Sunday and Monday with Grandma and Grandpa Black! I was really sad that the parentals bounce up on out of this piece, but at the same time I was happy that they could get away and enjoy themselves...I heard them tell me at 5am that they loved me and that they would see me Monday evening but I wasn't sure what that meant! I really found out when a bottle was delivered to my mouth at 6am instead of a teet!

Grandma and Grandpa were so much fun and they took such good care of me! We played and played and played. We saw my cousins and Aunt, and I got to meet my Great Grandparents for the first time. Woot woot! How Cool!!! I got to play on the computer, go rock climbing, climb a tree, and ride a horse...what more could you ask for! Grandma Black made me laugh all day! She would tickle me and play with me in the mirror! We achieved maximum fun. We went for walks, and we talked and did so much more. I am so lucky to have such a great family.

When mommie and daddie got home, I was so happy to see them that I pooped an enormous poop! I didn't go the whole time they were gone, but when I saw them I knew they would appreciate it, so I just let one go.

In other news, I am almost four months old! That's right, this guy is entering manhood. What.

15 weekszzzz - is that possible?

Ok so what did I do this week....

On Friday, mommie had a visitor that she used to coach with. Her name was Mandre. She played with me but only for a short time because mommie was in a rush to get to the medical school graduation! I can't believe all of my aunts and uncles are leaving me! Wahhhhahahaha!

I just met them 3.5 months ago and this is how they treat me?!?! Aunt Jennie, Aunt Jess, Aunt Karin, Aunt Cathy, Uncle Sol and so many more people are leaving me in the dust! I am going to miss them soooooo much. I was so proud of them! Listening to Cathy's graduation speech made me burst out in tears I was so happy. The salt water rivers wanted to run from my eyes but mommie said nooooo....so she took me out of my car seat! We went to the back of the theatre and watched from there. I would have preferred a better view, but, I guess it was better than nothing.

The whole thing was kind of weird though, if you ask me...I mean, it was nice to hear each of their names being called and given a prize, but why were they wearing such weird clothes?! I've NEVER seen anything like it! Not only that, but they appeared to give a secret handshake and then bent down to get a ribbon put around their neck?! What is that?! It looked crazy. Is that what the medievel times were lik?! Mom told me that whatever it was, it was a big dal, so congrats to all of them, I guess!

That night, I went to a party at Aunt Karin's house for Aunt Karin, Aunt Jess, Aunt Alex and Aunt Jennie. I had so much fun. I stayed up WAY past my bedtime and rocked out on the deck with all the ladies, obviously. Then I hit the point where I lose my shit. So, we just had to go home. I was happy to celebrate with all my ladies!

On Saturday, mommie and I went to "mommy and me yoga class" and it rocked! I loved meeting new friends and stretching. We even got to do the downward dog, it's the same thing Nemi and Dosa do every morning! I can't wait to go back.

That afternoon two of mommie's field hockey players that she used to coach came over. Zametkin and Revay! They a copious amount of fun catching up with mommie and I had a copious amount of fun when they talked to me and made me smile! How can a guy complain about more girlfriends?!

You are not even going to guess what I did that night, another PARTizzzzAAAY! This time it was at Uncle Sol's! I couldn't wait to see everyone especially JAZZ, his dog! It was so much - so many people held me, and rocked my face out to the band! I rocked out so hard that I fell asleep in Sol's room and I slept whilst mommie partied! I'm so glad I slept so mommie could enjoy it!

Sunday was relaxing. I slept in with mammasita and hung out with mommie all day! We did errands and talked about what life will be like this summer at camp. I can't wait!! Uncle Tater and Aunt Cathy came over with Huxley and the doggies played all day outside. I got really sad because it was the last time Huxley and Dosa were going to see each other for a very very long time.

Dad was gone all weekend outside Philadelphia for an ultimate frisbee tournament. I missed him so much that I made mommie show me pictures of him every night before bed. Once I saw his handsome face, I knew I could sleep tight. I missed him so much. I heard a rumor though, that he is going to stay in Rochester for the summer while I am in Maine?! I hope that's not true!!!!!

Happy Mother's Day! Yeah MOM!

It was Mommie's first Mother's Day on Sunday! Happy Mother's Day Mommie! You are the best! And Happy (BELATED!) Mother's Day to everyone out there! I know we are a lot of work and you deserve a lot of credit! Mommie I love you! I LOVE ALL MOMMIESSSS!

It was so much fun to celebrate in Syracuse with lots of Moms --- Grandma Black, Aunt Niki, Great Grandma Bolton, Great Aunt Janice and my cousins Sophie and Talia and Great Uncle Pat and Grandpa Black and of course Daddie and Mommie! We had so much fun with all the food and company! And the men cooked - daddie, grandpa, and Uncle Pat! I wish I could have helped but they said I wasn't man enough yet, whatever that means!?! You are never going to believe what happened to me! So I hadn't pooped in almost 72 hours - and for those of you that know me, that is not my usual. And so I ate a huge All-You-Can-Eat Buffet From Mommies Breast, and after I ate, I was sitting on Mommie listening to her and Aunt Niki talk when all of a sudden - ALL OF A SUDDEN! POW.. and POW, POW! Again. (nobody knew, I kept quiet, but it felt like bombs going off in my butt) I heard mommie say something like "I feel warm, I think he finally went." But I still just sat there and kept quiet. Then mommie looked down and it was everywhere!... all over my pants, down my leg, on my socks, and even on my neck! It was nuts and everyone took me to Grandma's bathroom and we had a party cleaning me up! It was so much fun! What a mother's day!!!
