Let is snow!

In case anyone gets the wrong idea, I just want everyone to know from the beginning that I love the snow.

It was a cold winter afternoon in Rochester and white fluff began falling from the sky. I was so excited that I demanded that mommie put my snowsuit on me and take me outside to explore this white fluff-like material. It turns out it is called snow and it is REALLY cold. Once I got to sit down in the snow and enjoy myself, I started to cry. I was so overwhelmed with the emotions of experiencing snowfall for the first time. It was glorious.

Checking out the snow.

Emotions are beginning to fly.

Emotions have taken over. Experiencing Nirvana.

Philly What What.

I am going to be honest here for a second. Baba has been gone a lot lately. He says he has been looking for residency jobs. That is questionable because every time he leaves he goes to visit friends, goes out with them, and has party time. Maybe he is both looking for a job and having party time. In any case, I asked mommie if we could go with him this time and she met my request with enthusiasm. So, we went to the city of brotherly love with Baba for two interviews that he had scheduled. Only one word describes our time there: "deetz." Ok, I have a confession to make; besides the word "kiss" the only word I really say it "deetz." Nonetheless, it was a bangin' time. It was my first time spending some quality time in Phildelphia and I loved every minute of it. While dad was at his interviews, mom and I hung out with friends and explored the city. We went out to lunches, walked around, went to parks, went running down the Schuylkill river path (Kelly Drive), played A LOT and saw friends and family.

Highlights included drinking breastmilk in a new city and meeting newbies, aka people who i've never met before. Also, I enjoyed seeing snow and practicing waving and high fives.

Alison (dad's friends wife), a newbie. I was awoken from sleep to meet her.

10 Months December 2nd!

We drove all the way to Philly on the day I turned 10 months old! It was so exciting. I got out of the car and was at Aunt Hillary's and Uncle Josh's place in Philadelphia. It was so cool! I can't wait to tell you more. But first here are I am 10 months old. I love life! Sorry the photo shoot didn't go so well. It was late. I wanted to see Philadelphia and hug and kiss my aunt and uncle. Mommie must have not used a good marker because you can't even see that it says I am 10 months old! I am getting old!

Eat. Drink. Eat. Play. Drink. Eat. Thanks.

Thanksgiving. It is awesome. All I did for the past 5 days is eat and play. Actually, I guess being anywhere between 0 days old and a Kindergartner is like Thanksgiving. That aside, this has been a good week. I got to catch up with old friends, meet new friends, eat lots of new foods, and most importantly, I have perfected the act of waving hello and goodbye. Other exciting milestones I have achieved including using chopsticks, doing arithmetic, and reciting poetry.

Mommie and Baba took me to Connecticut to the Grandparents' Weinstein for Thanksgiving and then took me to the Grandparents' Black for the weekend. I saw Aunt Rosellen (Grandpa Mark's Sister) and her kids Carrie and Michael (my cousins!) for the first time. I also got to reconnect with Greatgrandpa Poppy, Uncle Don, Aunt Jill, Cousin Arielle, Uncle Josh, Aunt Hillary, and more! It was so exciting. I also got to see my friend Nathan and his parents MaryPat and Grant, who are mommies friends from school.

In Syracuse I got to see 3 more great granparents (Black x 2 and Bolton x 1), Grandma and Grandpa Blacks friends the Rapasadis and the Menkins, Aunt Gina and Uncle Bob, Aunt Debbie, Cousins Daniel and Jordan and his girlfriend Liz, Baba's friend Jason Drimer and his parents, and dad's friend Dara who he knows from high school. I also saw Eric (dad's friend from high school) and Sam, his FIANCE! They got engaged and got a new puppy at the same time! I was bigger than their puppy Maddie so that was cool. OK, enough of me talking about how popular I am. Check out some photos.

Ahhhhh!
